How to Build Your Business by Providing Sincere Heartfelt Service- When it Shows the Business Grows

I remember a six-year old boy saying to me at the front entrance of walt Disney World in orlando, "lady, is it your job to tell everyone to have a nice day?"-" No, I said, it's my job to make sure that you do." It's your job to make sure your customers have the best, sincere service you can provide. They'll not only be happy, they'll love you for it.

We are all consumers of products and services and we are bombarded with choices. Nowadays we can shop online and avoid human contact, or we can shop at stores and transact face-to-face. When employees work, they usually want to get paid, unless they are volunteers, but that's the exception. In our fast-paced world of instant gratification and expectations we are losing are patience with others and it shows. It shows in our businesses and in our bottom-line results.

Employers should take care to find employees with a genuine interest in serving the customers. When service is provided from the heart it will show. You'll notice the signs such as an employee smiling all the time or most of the time and the customers smiling back. You might see the customers give the wonderful employee a hand-shake or a hug after exceptional service has been provided. If the customer is happy about the service you might hear a thank-you or even receive a complimentary letter from the satisfied guest.

When service is provided from the heart, there's great word of mouth from the customer to others and it's not surprising if the business gets busier than previously. Have you ever gone into a restaurant and wondered why it was pretty empty? That's a sign from the guests that either the food is better somewhere else, the prices, or the service are not worthy ot them standing in line, needing reservations to get in, or of being unable to find a parking space in the restaurant parking lot because the place is phenomenal.

Here's the good news, we can exceed guest expectations every day without fail, no exceptions if that's what we set out to do and set the examples with all of our employees and customers. Please don't leave the customers scratching their heads trying to figure out your business and unattended. Pay attention to your customers and serve them and be wildly delighted to have them. You customers could easily go somewhere else, without you.You need them. Love them.

Customer service provided from the heart makes the customer feel not only welcomed, but special. We all want to feel special. Let your staff know how they are doing and what results you are having from all their customer service. Take time to ask the customers how they feel even before they leave your store or business so you know if you have provided the service they were expecting.

9 Great Golf Courses in Hawaii

The United States is blessed with many beautiful public courses, and Hawaii, despite being a relative small state, is blessed with more than its fair share. In this article, we will review some of beautiful public golf courses in Hawaii, and what they offer.

1. and 2. Lanai offers two high-quality golf courses. Perhaps the better known is "The Challenge at Manele", which was designed by Jack Nicklaus, and is a course set among lava outcrops and overlooks, from the top of steep cliffs, the Pacific Ocean. The second of Lanai's courses is very different: "The experience at Koele" winds its way through the island's tropical uplands.

3. and 4. Kapalua, which is on the northwest coast of Maui, offers two superb golf courses, "The Bay Course" and "The Plantation Course". The Plantation Course is home to the PGA TOUR Mercedes-Benz Championship in January of each year, and features many spectacular and beautiful landscapes.

5. The Kiele course at kauai Lagoons golf club is one of 14 golf courses (spread through British Columbia and Hawaii) owned by the GolfBC Group. The course was created by Jack Nicklaus, and features stunning cliffs, 40-acres of fresh water lagoons, and even a wedding chapel just off from the 17th tee.

6. Ko'olau golf course, on eastern oahu, is known for having one of, if not the toughest, golf course in country. The course is spectacularly set beneath the Ko'olau Ridge mountain range.

7. Poipu Bay golf course is known as a unique and exciting course, that is home to many native species including seals, sea turtles, geese and even humpback whales.

8. and 9. Princeville overlooks Hanalei Bay on kauai. The area is home to a hotel, a spa and two very different golf courses ("Prince golf Course" and "Makai golf course") that were designed by Robert Trent jones, Jr. Perhaps the most noteable, Prince golf course, features a challenging rolling terrain landscape, and has deservingly been named by golf Digest as the best course in the state.

6 Ways to Release Stress

We are currently living in a capitalist society where money and power rule. Therefore, many of us have become workaholics and often overlook signs of tiredness in order to stay on track. I am not saying that people should stop working hard to achieve their goals. However, there is a slight problem we do not know how to manage our stress, which is definitely not a good thing! stress has been linked to mental/emotional (depression, anxiety, and anger) and physical illnesses (weakens the immune system). Therefore, it is more than important that you constantly work on reducing your stress level in order to maintain your overall health. The bottom line is, if we are not healthy there is no money or power that will make things better. So, take care of yourself. Below, I have added six stress releasing tips.

exercise: even if you go for a walk for 15-25 minutes four days a week it will help your body to get rid of adrenaline and produce endorphins (a natural tranquilizer). Not to mention you will not only feel better, you will also look the part.

yoga: Many ramble that practicing yoga is the best way to manage or release stress. It focuses on breathing techniques, exercises, connecting with the universe on a spiritual and mental level. If this option seems interesting to you I suggest you do some research in order to learn the principles and decide if it is for you.

stretch: People often stretch before and after a workout. However, learning stretching and flexing exercises to use as a way to relieve tension on many different areas of the body can help a great deal.

Massage: We all know how massages can help us relax and release tension. Prices start around $40 for 30 minutes; it all depends on what extra relaxation techniques you would like to add to the massage such as aromatherapy, oils, etc. There are also different types of massages so this will also affect the price. I actually found a therapist that charges $33 for a 30 minute session. It sounds pretty good to me. We waste money in so many different ways so investing on a massage once in a while will not kill our pockets.

Laugh it off: Rent a funny movie and laugh out loud. Go out with friends or host gatherings. Tell everyone to bring a platter. Remember the key is to release tension not, add to it. Use paper plates and plastic cups to reduce the amount of work.

Take a break- Take time to relax, sleep, and maybe even take a vacation if you can. Your body does not only need it; you deserve it.

Live stress free,
