Attention students out there. If you have a student identification card in your pocket you can keep more cash in there as well. Virtually all of the airlines out there from the large to the small and from the good to the not so good are offering student discounts on their airline fares. This is not new but many of you do not know that you can save a lot of money by taking advantage of the cheap student airline fares offered by your favorite airlines. I am not sure if that is because airlines think that students travel in large groups and hope to get a lot of business from it but it really does not matter to me. I have been a student for years and learned long ago that money is not growing on all of the trees out there so you take what you can get. You never have any idea when you and your friends are going to decide to get in the car and go somewhere for the weekend or for that matter the whole week. The thing about flying is that while the drivers are wasting a ton of time on the road getting mad at other drivers, those of us that took advantage of the cheap student airline fares are basking in the sun and drinking cold drinks. The last time we all decided to go on a trip only two other people out of the group of ten of us decided to take a chance on what I have been saying about cheap student airline fares and we got there the same day to Panama City, florida. The three of us that had cheap student airline fares stayed for the whole day on the beach and then just simply got on the plane and was home within hours. The group that drove left later and got in later. Here is the funniest part; the cheap student airline fares cost less than the gas for the other cost so we won on all accounts. We got there cheaper using cheap student airline fares and stay longer and got home faster.
